  • The service delivered differs significantly from the description

  • A duplicate payment has occurred unintentionally

  • Royal Educares is unable to proceed with the service due to internal reasons

Refunds are not applicable if:

  • The student has already received guidance, documentation support, or admission assistance

  • Delays occur due to university, institute, or third-party procedures

  • The student changes their decision after the service has begun

  • Incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information was provided by the student

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Consultation charges

  • Document verification support

  • University admission processing

  • Fees paid directly to universities or institutions

  • Completed or partially delivered services

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  2. Mention your full name, registered mobile number, and service purchased

  3. Provide the reason for requesting a refund

  4. Attach payment proof or transaction details

Once submitted, your request will be reviewed by our support team.

5. Processing Timelines

  • Refund evaluations typically take 3–7 business days

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days

  • Timelines may vary depending on bank or payment gateway processing times

6. Mode of Refund

Cash refunds are not provided.
