After Completing LLB – Registration Process

1. State Bar Council Enrollment (After LLB)

Step 1: Fill Enrollment Application

After completing LLB, every student must register as an Advocate with the State Bar Council. (Example: State Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa for Mumbai students)

Step 2: Upload Mandatory Documents

  • Aadhar / ID Proof
  • Character Certificate
  • Affidavits as required by State Bar Council

Step 3: Pay Enrollment Fees

Original documents are verified by the State Bar Council.

Step 5: Receive Enrollment Number

You will receive a Provisional Enrollment Number + Provisional Advocate ID Card.

2. AIBE (All India Bar Examination) Process

Step 1: Online Registration

Register on the official AIBE portal using mobile number, email, and enrollment number.

Step 2: Fill the AIBE Application Form

Enter personal details, State Bar Council details, and choose exam centre (Mumbai available).

Step 3: Upload Documents

Step 4: Pay Examination Fees

Pay fees through UPI / Net Banking / Cards.

Step 5: Download AIBE Admit Card
